Our magical departure point for the North Pole is "Liverpool Victoria Station" which exists only in our wonderous world. The "Snowtrail Express" awaits as it's conductor, the master of movement "Chuggins" prepares us for our departure. All aboard!

Join Patch, our master toy maker and his apprentice Coggs in the Elf Workshop. If the toys aren’t ready for Father Christmas there's be trouble for all. Can you lend a helping hand? Put your Elfish skills to the test and take home your very own Teddy friend as a reward for working so hard.

Time for a rest!
After all of that hard work you deserve a treat. Roll up your sleeves and help Mother Christmas and her helpers, Holly and Jolly make Father Christmas’s favourite treat, Gingerbread! Decorate your own sweet treat and tuck in for a festive snack! Then it's time to settle down for a story courtesy of Mother Christmas herself.

Pop down to the North Pole Post Office, Glide on the Ice Rink, Visit the Elven Emporium, Toast some Marshmallows , or grab a bite to eat. It's your time to uncover all of the fun the Elf Village has to offer.

The moment you've been waiting for
Father Christmas himself awaits by the crackling fireplace, eager to hear all about your Christmas wishes. But first, he must check his trusty naughty and nice list. Check in with Astra, our head Elf at North Pole Cotrol and your very own Elf will escort you to Fahter Christmas' log cabin in the heart of the North Pole Woodland.
