We believe that the magic of Christmas should be for everyone. That's why we've created our SENsational Sessions, designed to provide a more relaxed and comfortable visit for children with additional needs.

We understand that busy environments, loud noises, and crowds can sometimes be overwhelming, so we've carefully adjusted these sessions to create a gentler, more supportive atmosphere.

What makes our SENsational Sessions special?

• Smaller Groups: We significantly reduce the number of attendees, creating a quieter and less crowded environment. This allows for more space to move around and reduces sensory overload.
• Adjusted Performances: Our shows and interactions are adapted to minimise loud or sudden noises, bright flashing lights, and other potentially disruptive elements. We aim for a calmer, more predictable flow.
• Sensory Considerations: We pay close attention to the sensory environment.
• Supportive Staff: Our elves are given additional training and are passionate about providing a warm, patient, and understanding welcome to every child.
• Flexible Approach: Enter or leave any particular element of the experience without worrying you'll disturb other guests, a more understanding experience.
